Campaign Builder Pro is a UK-based reseller of ActiveCampaign run by co-founders Adrian Savage and Wendy Nevins.

You can transfer your billing to us, so that Campaign Builder Pro will collect your monthly subscription (rather than paying ActiveCampaign direct) and your account will be managed through us.

ActiveCampaign have confirmed that there will not be a price increase for accounts billed via resellers at this time.

 

This means that your package and pricing will not change from what you are currently paying direct to ActiveCampaign if you switch your billing to Campaign Builder Pro.

Transfer My Account

You will lose access to the ActiveCampaign Live Chat service which is available 

• Monday – Thursday from 9 am – 11 pm, Central Standard Time (CST)

• Friday from 9 am – 4:30 pm, Central Standard Time

(CST)

You still have access to ActiveCampaign support via email (just mail them direct at help@activecampaign.com)

 

In addition you get access to the Campaign Builder Pro support and also Live Chat which is available 09:00 – 18:00 UK time Monday to Friday.

 

Transfer My Account

Once the transfer form is completed a request is sent to ActiveCampaign to action the transfer – they will email the account administrator (you) to confirm the request.

The transfer process usually only takes a day or two from AC receiving confirmation from the account holder and ourselves.

 

Once your account is transferred we will be your first point of contact for any billing queries or plan changes, as well as any support.
